  • Both! I coach fluently in English and Greek. You can choose whichever language feels most natural to you.

  • Usually coaching sessions are held online (via Zoom, Google or any other platform of your choice), so you can join from anywhere in the world. Prefer to meet in person? If you're based nearby, we can explore in-person options together and find what works best for both of us.
