About me

Black and white portrait of Rania, wearing a denim jacket and a white shirt.

I am Rania Parousi,

a Mindset Coach for High-Achievers.

I am based in Amsterdam, also working with clients in Athens, coaching in both English and Greek.

There's a Greek philosopher living inside my heart. The one who always asks "why?", who sits with questions longer than most people feel comfortable with, and believes that self-knowledge is the beginning of everything.

For over a decade, I built my career in business development and strategic partnerships. Leading teams, launching ideas, and learning what it takes to perform at a high level in tech and manufacturing.

But somewhere along the way, I realized: even though the high-achiever in me enjoyed closing deals, the spark was in the conversations after. The real ones. Where people shared what was actually going on beneath the surface.

I’ve navigated my own TURNing points:
🏳️‍🌈 Owning my identity and voice in a world that didn’t always mirror it
🧑🏻‍💻 Leading in fast-paced industries while longing for meaning
⛵️ Sailing through literal storms and inner ones, and finding my strength in both

These experiences changed how I see people.
Not as problems to be fixed.
Not as roles to perform.
But as powerful, resourceful, whole human beings who sometimes only need the right space, a grounded, courageous, compassionate space, to reconnect with who they truly are.

The TURN Framework

I developed TURN as a way to name what I kept seeing in my clients' journeys. TURN has 4 steps and stands for:

T — Transform. This is where we start. Where you decide what it is you want to change in your life. What you're ready to transform.

U — Unlearn. The most time-consuming step. This is where you unlearn the patterns, beliefs, and stories that no longer serve you.

R — Reveal. Here we uncover what's already within you: your strengths, values, and inner wisdom. Or we discover what new skills are needed to achieve the transformation.

N — Navigate. The final step, and a crucial one. This is the action plan. How to move forward with clarity and intention, one concrete step at a time.

Every coaching journey is a TURNing point. A moment where you stop going through the motions and start choosing your direction.

My coaching approach

I work with people who are navigating something real. Who are stuck and want to move. Leaders who want to make a decision, who are ready to take a step but are not sure in which direction. People who want to build their confidence and be recognized in the work, in their personal life and by themselves.

My job isn't to give advice or tell you what to do. It's to help you think clearly, understand what's getting in your way, and find your own path forward.

My approach is grounded in three certifications, each bringing something different:

🌀 Erickson Coaching International – As an Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC - Level 2) I am supporting clients to clarify what they truly want, explore possibilities, and create aligned steps forward with a Solution-Focused approach.

🧠 Positive Intelligence® (Mental Fitness Coaching) – As a PQ COACH™, I am bringing practical tools to build emotional resilience, quiet the inner critic, and respond differently to the inner judge and saboteurs (we all carry).

🧬 Brain Academy (Neuroscience Coaching) – As a certified Brain Coach, I am offering insights into how the brain functions under stress, change, and transformation, so we can work with your biology, not against it.

My top 3 Values:

Love, Growth and Freedom. These three aren't just words on a wall. They're how I make decisions. How I show up in sessions. How I try to live every day.

Who I work with

People navigating change. Life transitions. Career pivots. Identity shifts.

Some come from tech, business, or creative fields. Some are reimagining their purpose after years of playing a role they outgrew. What they share: they're done performing. They're ready to live aligned.

Beyond Coaching

I'm an athlete and Sailing Coach with the Greek Special Olympics team. I wingfoil. I read more than I probably should. I think a lot.

And I genuinely love seeing people grow, become more themselves, and smile about it. :)
