    For me, coaching is a powerful, collaborative space where clarity meets courage. It’s not about advice, fixing, or telling you what to do. Instead, it’s a supportive and intentional conversation that helps you access your own inner wisdom, recognize what truly matters, and move forward with meaningful, aligned action.

    In our sessions, we use simple, science-backed tools to help you:

    • Quiet your inner saboteurs (the voices of self-doubt, stress, and fear)

    • Activate your Sage—the part of you that is wise, creative, and grounded

    • Build habits that support focus, emotional agility, and long-term well-being

  • Both! I coach fluently in English and Greek. You can choose whichever language feels most natural to you.

  • Usually coaching sessions are held online (via Zoom, Google or any other platform of your choice), so you can join from anywhere in the world. Prefer to meet in person? If you're based nearby, we can explore in-person options together and find what works best for both of us.

  • Yes! I offer a free introductory call so we can explore your needs and see if we’re a good fit. There you will get a good feeling of what coaching is and what it is not and if it serves you at that moment.

  • I offer coaching packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions.
    In each, we work with the TURN Compass (Transform. Unlearn. Reveal. Navigate.) to support your journey and keep our focus aligned with your outcomes.
