You have a mind that was wired, by survival, by habit, by everything you've lived through, to default to stress, self-doubt, and negativity. And unless you actively train it otherwise, it will keep doing exactly that.

The PQ Program gives you the tools to interrupt that pattern. Not with willpower. Not with journaling your feelings forever. With neuroscience, daily practice, and a group of people doing it alongside you.

Think of it like going to the gym! But for your mind. Each small daily rep builds a new neural pathway. Over seven weeks, those pathways become your new default.

What's happening in your head

Inside all of us, there are what Positive Intelligence calls Saboteurs - mental patterns that feel like they're protecting us but are actually the source of most of our stress and self-sabotage.

There are 10 of them. You probably have a few favourites.

The Judge is the master, the voice that's never satisfied, always scanning for what's wrong with you, with others, with the situation. Then it recruits accomplices:

The Hyper-Achiever who ties your worth to what you produce. The Pleaser who says yes when everything inside you says no. The Avoider who keeps postponing what actually matters. The Restless who can never quite be present. The Controller who can't let go. The Hyper-Vigilant who is always waiting for something to go wrong. The Victim who needs others to notice the pain before feeling loved.

These aren't character flaws. They're deeply wired patterns, formed for good reasons, at some point in your life. And patterns can change.

What you actually do in 7 weeks

Week 1: Build Self-Command: Learn your first 10-second PQ Reps, simple presence exercises that interrupt the autopilot mind. You can do them with your morning coffee. While brushing your teeth. Anytime.

Week 2: Catch the Judge: Expose the primary saboteur running the show and learn to intercept it the moment it shows up. Most people discover their Judge is far more active than they ever suspected.

Weeks 3 and 4: Meet your Accomplice Saboteurs: Identify your personal top saboteurs and learn specific strategies to counter each one. This is where things get very personal and very real.

Week 5: Activate your Sage: Shift into the part of your brain that handles challenges with clarity and creativity. Learn to empathize with yourself, explore with curiosity, and see what you couldn't see before.

Week 6: Take Laser-Focused Action: Act from your Sage, not from fear or stress. Clear-headed. Decisive. Without the emotional noise that usually gets in the way.

Week 7: Apply it to Everything: Conflict. Relationships. Work. Stress. Decisions. One framework, wired in, that applies to every area of your life.

And throughout all 7 weeks: a weekly (optional) pod session with me and a small group, where we share what's coming up, what's shifting, and what we're still working on. This is where the real magic happens.

  • Not at all. The program is structured, practical, and accessible whether this is your first time or you've been on this path for years.

  • About 1 hour weekly for the content, 1 hour for our optional weekly meeting (pod session), and around 15 minutes of daily practice through the app. Less than 2% of your waking hours. Your Saboteurs are costing you far more than that.

  • A small group, usually 4 to 6 people, that meets weekly with me. We discuss the week's material, share what's coming up, and hold each other accountable. One of the most valuable parts of the whole experience. It is totally optional for you to join the meetings. The meeting happens every Tuesday 19.30 CET time.

  • Because most approaches focus on insight alone, and insight doesn't rewire the brain. PQ works at the level of habit formation. Daily reps lay down new neural pathways until the new pattern becomes automatic. You're not just thinking differently. You're building a different brain response.
