You subscribe using your preferred calendar app — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any app that supports .ics format. Once subscribed, all the events appear automatically in your calendar for the whole year.

That depends entirely on your calendar settings. The events are set as free and non-intrusive, so they won't block your day or show as busy. If you want reminders, you can add your own alerts manually.

EPIC stands for Energy, Presence, Integrity, Connection. Every evening there is a 15-minute event in your calendar inviting you to rate your day across these four dimensions on a scale of 1 to 5.
E - Energy: Did this day fill me or drain me? P - Presence: Was I truly here, or just physically present? I - Integrity: Did I act in alignment with who I truly am? C - Connection: Did I feel close to people or purpose that matter?
Add up your four scores. Your EPIC score is out of 20. (17-20: Full yes. A day worth building on. 11-16: Mostly there. What would have made it a 20? Below 10: Something needs your attention. What was missing?) It is not about being perfect. It is about paying attention. Over time, patterns emerge, and that is where the real insight begins.

When you subscribe to a calendar feed, nothing is shared with me. I cannot see who you are, what device you use, or anything you write in your calendar notes. Your reflections are entirely private.
