Move

We begin in the body. Yoga and breathwork awaken what sitting and scrolling have put to sleep. When the body moves with intention, the mind begins to reorganise itself.

Remove

We name what has been holding you back. Not with judgment but with curiosity and compassion. Because naming is how the taming begins.

Reveal

In the space that opens, something becomes visible. Your next true thing: the value, the direction, the version of yourself that was quietly waiting all along.

You arrive, you breathe, you look at the Aegean. Over dinner together, we set an intention: not a goal, but an honest answer to what you are here for. That intention becomes the quiet compass for everything that follows.

Day 2

Move

Friday 2 October

An energising yoga practice, then we dream into your future. Your purpose, your values, what you actually want to move in your life. Not the responsible, edited version. The real one.

Remove

Saturday 3 October

Breath-led yoga oriented around release. Then we name what has been holding you back, specifically and honestly, because naming is how the taming begins. We offer it curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Afternoon free.

Day 4

Reveal

Sunday 4 October

Spacious, inward yoga. Then we find what is waiting to be named: the value, the desire, the direction that is your next true thing. In the afternoon, the tamata workshop: an ancient Cycladic ritual of intention, where you make something with your hands that carries what you are calling in.

Day 5

Depart

Monday 5 October

A short anchoring practice. A final circle: one thing you take, one thing you leave. Brunch together. Then the ferry home, carrying what you found and lighter than you arrived.
