Individual Coaching
Discovery Session
We will start by having a short call or meetup to get to know one another and determine if we are a good fit. We will explore your broader goals (personal/professional), what you hope to gain from coaching, and explain what coaching is and isn’t.
Long Term Coaching Agreement
Then we will define the long-term agreement, duration and frequency (e.g., 3 months, 6 sessions, biweekly) and the coaching fees. This agreement is a structure to support your growth. You are the expert in your own life, I’m here to support your clarity, creativity, and momentum.
Individual Session Goal & Actions
In each individual session we will define the goal of the session and explore in a structured solution-focused manner the way for you to achieve it.
How will each session look like?

We’ll start by getting clear on what’s most important to you this day.
I might ask something like, ‘What would make this session valuable for you?’ You’ll define the topic or outcome you want to walk away with by the end of our time.

From there, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
I’ll ask you open questions to help clarify your thinking, uncover possibilities, and maybe even bring in new perspectives. I’ll bring tools, exercises, and reflect keywords to bring clarity and confidence to move forward.

Then we’ll work together to build a bridge to action.
If you feel ready, we’ll identify what steps you’d like to take forward. My role is to support you in designing something doable and meaningful, without pushing or advising.

You’ll have space to acknowledge your insights or wins, and decide what you want to carry forward.
